The village is nestled amongst acres of mature olive groves, colorful wild flowers, pine clad hillsides, mountains and breathtaking views over the lush countryside out to the Ionian Sea.
The captivating charm and natural unspoiled surroundings of this area makes it one of the most beautiful places on the island.
It is possible to see most of the island with incredible panoramic views over Alykes, Tsilivi, Zakynthos Town and as far out as Laganas.
The peaceful traditional village offers a true insight into the local Greek way of life as it is not a tourist developed area and its beauty remains untouched by commercialism.

The Guest House is brand new and partially funded by the European Union Leader+ Program from the Greek Government for traditional lodgings.
The family owners will welcome you a friendly warm greeting and are on hand to assist you with any information you may need. The guest house is set within beautiful landscaped gardens which are dotted with traditional artefacts. The building has been constructed using traditional Zakynthian architecture and decorated throughout using traditional furniture.
It consists of bedrooms all with double bed (plus extra bed if required), en-suite bathroom with shower or bath, fitted wardrobes, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, TV, air-conditioning, internet access and furnished balcony with breathtaking views.
There is a small mini market on site for your daily needs.
Relax in the traditionally decorated breakfast/dining room where you can sample delicious cuisine, soak up the sun on the relaxing sun loungers around the swimming pool or explore the area on foot, Anatoli Labreika is perfect for everyone.
Agia Marina is located in the center of the beautiful island of Zakynthos making it an ideal base to explore the whole of the island and a place to truly “get away from it all”.
The village remains traditional and is home to the Hermes Museum of National History and also Agia Marina church which is one of the oldest churches in Greece is. Also nearby are traditional tavernas offering delicious Zakynthian cuisine, a factory which specializes in making traditional Greek costumes for the whole of Greece and the village center.
The surrounding countryside is perfect for hiking or hiring a bicycle to explore the natural environment.
